I took a class with Victor that involved writing and performing your own theatrical monologue to get a taste of the creative process involved in theatre. He was very insightful and encouraging during a class that can be nervewracking for many people, and he gave excellent suggestions to strengthen the performances and the monologues themselves. It takes someone who is very good at reading people to coach theatre, so I am positive that Victor's people skills will greatly help him to cater to each individual student when helping them with any subject.
