About Alex
I am currently a student studying at UNSW with a Dual Law Degree alongside a Philosophy, Politics and Economics degree. I have a passion for comedy, usually allow my sense of humour to drive my ambition. I use humour to convey and condense complex ideas into manageable and digestible pieces. I'm not saying I'm the funniest person to ever exist, I'm just like, very relaxed, but very comprehensive in knowledge.

My teaching structure is based upon the HSC syllabus. I further base my lessons on each individual students' needs and abilities. In my eyes, tutoring is a social event and should be approached as such. My philosophy on teaching is that each student ultimately leads their own learning, the tutor simply gives them a way in which they can access that ability. While a stern, strict and rigid approach may elicit quantitative results in the piles of sheets you do, the numerous past papers you do, and hundreds of question you answer, you often find that students who work hard but not smart end up getting worse than those who know how to balance their lifestyle with school. I wish to teach that to each and every student.
