  My passion for the field of well-being started more 10 yrs ago when I discovered the transformative power of makeup. I've been practicing professionally for 8yrs,continuously honing my skills and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques.

  As a makeup artist, my discipline goes beyond just enhancing physical appearance. I believe that makeup can boost confidence, foster self-expression, and even promote mental well-being by allowing individuals to feel comfortable and empowered in their own skin.

  Some instant top tips for feeling good in body and mind include staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, practicing mindfulness or meditation, engaging in regular physical activity, and surrounding oneself with positive influences and environments.

• 4) How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

  My method as a practitioner is centered around understanding each client's unique preferences, concerns, and personality. I strive to create a personalized experience that not only achieves their desired look but also leaves them feeling confident and radiant.

• 5) With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

  Through my experience, I've learned the importance of effective communication and empathy in my interactions with clients. I've also learned to be adaptable and open-minded, continuously seeking new knowledge and techniques to better serve my clients.

• 6) Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

  One of my role models is Huda Kattan, whose artistic vision and dedication to her craft have truly inspired me. Her ability to push boundaries and create breathtaking looks has motivated me to constantly push myself and explore new creative avenues.

• 7) How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

  Personally, I find relaxation in various activities such as practicing yoga, taking long walks in nature, indulging in a good book, or simply spending quality time with loved ones. Finding balance between work and self-care is essential for me to recharge and stay inspired.

  One memorable lesson I've learned is the power of self-confidence. I've witnessed firsthand how a simple makeup transformation can completely change someone's perception of themselves, reminding me of the profound impact we can have on others' lives through our work.
