I know how hard it can be to change bad habits and lose weight. I have always been an athlete but during covid, I gained upwards of 30 kg I was almost 100 kg. I lost about 35 kg in 4 months just because I changed my eating habits.

I will help you reach your fitness goals by creating a personalized meal plan for you so that you can maximize fat loss and gain muscle. On the physical exercise aspect, I will be teaching beginner mixed martial arts which will consist of Brazilian Jujitsu, wrestling, and Kickboxing. I have been an athlete all my life and have been doing combat sports for the last 5 years. Lessons are for any age and skill level.
