About Talia
I bring over 8 years of teaching experience and a MSc in Mathematical Finance to my role as a Math tutor. My specialty lies in advanced mathematics, where logic, reasoning, and proof writing form the backbone of my teaching. I focus on abstract algebra and topology, particularly group theory, ring theory, and topological concepts. I use practical examples to make abstract structures more approachable. Conceptual discussions help students build a strong intuitive sense of mathematics. My teaching has supported university students and those pursuing pure mathematics studies. Many learners appreciate how I demystify proofs and link ideas together. I encourage active participation and critical questioning in every session. In my Maths teaching, I emphasize both clarity and application.
