About Ahmad

I approach cubing coaching with one clear goal: consistent, measurable improvement in your times and solving efficiency.

I’m an active speedcuber with a ~7-second 3×3 pb (two-handed) and ~25-second one-handed average, so everything I teach is based on real performance—not theory. I’ve spent years refining my solving, learning advanced techniques, and understanding what actually makes a difference when trying to get faster.

My coaching is structured and highly practical. I don’t just tell you algorithms

1:1 Rubik's Cube Coaching

1. Teaching methodology & techniques
Concept-first, not memorization
Break every topic into core principles before touching applications
Ensure the student can explain it back (active recall)
Layered difficulty (progressive overload)
Start with fundamentals → medium problems → exam-level challenges
Especially important for subjects like neuroscience, biology, and problem-solving domains
Error-driven learning
Analyze mistakes deeply (not just correct them)
Identify why the error happened (gap in logic, misunderstanding, or careless slip)
Active engagement
Constant questioning: “why?”, “what if?”, “predict the outcome”
Avoid passive listening → student is always thinking
Exam-oriented optimization
Teach how to recognize patterns in questions
Focus on high-yield concepts and efficient problem-solving strategies
2. Typical lesson structure
Step 1: Quick diagnostic (5–10 min)
Assess current understanding
Identify weak points immediately
Step 2: Core concept breakdown (15–25 min)
Clear, simplified explanation
Use analogies + visual reasoning when needed
Step 3: Guided practice (20–30 min)
Solve problems together
Gradually reduce help
Step 4: Independent challenge (10–20 min)
Student solves on their own under light pressure
Mimics exam conditions
Step 5: Feedback & refinement (5–10 min)
Pinpoint mistakes
Give actionable corrections
Step 6: Take-home strategy
Clear plan: what to practice, how, and why
3. What sets me apart
Clarity and precision
Known for explaining complex ideas in a simple, direct way
No unnecessary fluff—everything has a purpose
High-level problem solving
You don’t just teach content—you teach how to think
Especially useful for competitive or exam-heavy environments
Personalization
Each student gets a tailored plan based on:
Their level
Their goals
Their weaknesses
Performance-focused
Sessions are designed to produce measurable improvement
Not just “understanding,” but actual grade/skill increase
Relatable & efficient
As a current student yourself, you understand:
Common struggles
Time constraints
What actually works vs. what wastes time
