About Kanish
I currently attend MacRobertson Girls’ High School, which is one of the only four selective (accepting only 4% of thousands of applicants) schools in Victoria. To be eligible for any of the selective schools, students had to sit through a series of four hours of testing.
I've attended four different schools in the past four years, so I believe I’ve mastered the art of making friends and communicating with people. ^~^
I've always been a high achiever for everything, with the uncomfortable exception of spelling.
I have a light hearted personality and I love making loads of terrible dad jokes that aren't even funny but people still laugh to them for god knows what reason.
I love reading novels and webtoons, and sleeping (even though sleep hates me).

I can tutor up to Unit 1 of VCE; however, I am most confident with Year 10 maths and anything below that. If possible, I would like to tutor students in Years 5-9 who at least know their multiplication tables by heart.
I have tutoring experience, though not necessarily formal. I have tutored multiple students over several years. An average lesson with me involves the student telling me which topic they’re struggling with in school or any concept they would like to learn or find interesting for the next week, so I can plan accordingly.
Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. The first five minutes involve a general greeting: “Hi, how was your week? Did you complete the homework? Do you have any tests coming up that you need to study for?” The next ten minutes are spent correcting any homework I assigned the previous week. The remaining half hour typically involves teaching the new concept the student chose last week or reviewing their work for an upcoming test to ensure they are well-prepared for perfect marks.
