My method of teaching are as follows:
Before starting with the lecture, I insist all my students to medidate for mindfulness medidation and progressive relaxation.
My second approach is, I don't believe in mugging up the things rather i prefer To make my students understand every basic things and make their own answers and I'll guide them for this.
After finishing the lecture, I give 5 minutes to revise everything and take weekly test.
