About Molly
Since college I have instructed yoga. I began at the University of Kansas's recreational center.
From there I traveled to Maui, HI to receive my yoga certification and instruct in a class setting on the island at a fitness center. Returning to Kansas I began having open pop-up outdoor group classes. I work with a local physical therapist's patients to regain strength and flexibility, as well as Sweatheory, an infrared yoga studio in the crossroads.

My method varies based upon my client. Depending upon level of endurance, flexibility, and stillness I shape my work. I am incredibly present and tuned in when instructing. It is not a separation of teacher and students but a journey that we are all taking. I believe in a peaceful yet strong and encouraging method.
