About Madison
My name is Madison, but everyone calls me Maddie. I like making jokes, even if most of them aren't always funny. Math was always my favorite subject growing up. At my performing arts high school, what made me stand out wasn’t just my love for the arts, but my appreciation for math and problem-solving. In college, I initially wanted to major in mathematics but found my path in Economics, a field that let me combine analytical thinking with real-world application. Now, as I work toward becoming a CPA, math continues to play a key role in my daily life.

In my lessons, I tailor each session to my students’ interests so the concepts truly stick. I love finding creative ways to connect math to what they already enjoy. This is done by using current, relevant examples (that hopefully don’t age me too much!). We move at a comfortable pace, focusing on understanding over memorization, because real learning happens when the “why” clicks.
