I have been on both sides of the audition process at RADA and have also taught there so know what it is drama schools are looking for. Auditions can be so full of pressure, but relaxed malleability is the key!

After getting to know the student and what kind of work they are interested in, we will have a listen to their speeches. I think it’s important to play around with these so that a student doesn’t get stuck in any one way of performance, and so they are ready for anything to be thrown at them on the day.
