I use visual exercises to help figure out what a persons interests are and where their strengths lie. I then work with the individual to discuss their ambitions and match these up with potential jobs. Finally I will assist in CV building whilst providing tips and examples and talk about etiquette when approaching employers. I create Mock interviews to practice and also assist in job searching/applications
