About Kenia
Because I am learning a new language after moving to the United States, I understand and appreciate how stressful it can be. This will help me to make our lessons fun and comfortable.
I'm Guatemalan, currently living in Florida. I have a degree in Human Resources, and I taught classes at the university of Guatemala. I also have a diploma from ACLINGUA, Colombia, "How to teach Spanish for foreigners".
I am patient, friendly and empathic.
I like to have a good cup of coffee, I love to work in my flower garden. I enjoy church and family.

My name is Kenia and I teach Spanish online and also in person in Florida, United States.
I am an empathetic and patient teacher. I like to motivate students and give them confidence during class.
I teach from beginner to intermediate level, children, youth and adults. Also if you are an advanced level we can have conversations to practice.
I have general material and I prepare myself with the appropriate material for each particular case, and I also adapt to the student's preferences. It can be conversations of real situations, grammar vocabulary, pronunciation, listening and reading activities.
The material that I like to use are PowerPoint presentations, books, games, articles or news, music and videos.
