Hi! I have a doctorate in vocal performance in pedagogy, I’ve taught ear training and sight-singing in college, and love to teach singing of all styles.

My students currently sing everywhere from the opera stage to Musical Theatre companies to places like The Voice and American Idol. I feel comfortable teaching all styles of music, as well as all levels of learning. Whether you want to pursue singing professionally or just for fun, I’m your gal!

I am as comfortable in the music classroom as I am on the karaoke stage! I spent the first 18 years of my life singing contemporary music, then made the switch to opera/musical theater training. This special set of skills allows me to teach all styles and sing in all styles. My three advanced degrees in music also give me the upper edge in teaching ear training and music theory. I believe in having fun while also working hard. Can’t wait to work with you!
