About Maria
I have a degree in Portuguese Studies from the University of Porto. I lived in England for 3 months, where I studied English intensively and obtained the Cambridge CAE Certificate and completed the course with the C2.3 level of English. For a year, I taught elementary school children. I have already taught Portuguese as a Foreign/Second Language and Portuguese Linguistics classes. I also gave explanations of Portuguese and English to children and teenagers, in a personal capacity.

My classes always have a relaxed and fun atmosphere, but without losing focus and discipline. The main focus of my classes is to uncomplicate! We are in this together to leave with more knowledge and achieve the goals we set ourselves. I give Portuguese classes to those who are learning this new language as well as I give explanations and help them to get to know it better. If you need a push to improve performance in an assessment, I can help too!
