I have been using the Microsoft products for years now, I have completed (a good few years ago) Excel & Word courses, but more importantly, I enjoy teaching people things.
Every company I worked in I helped people get over their fear/nervousness of computers with my calm nature.

First I would determine the students skill level and as importantly their fears if any about technology.
From there I would create a methodology that would suite the student. Starting with basic instruction I would move to the - doing it yourself - instruction.
All the while keeping a calm & fun vibe to the tutoring.
