About Andrea
I've been teaching at my own center for one and a half year. Formed in India with multi-style yoga 200 RYT, 25h in Yoguitos and currently receiving 200h RYT training also, in Introyoga. Currently, I also collaborate with an organization of people with mental disabilities, offering yoga sessions specially adapted to their needs.

I'm Andrea and I'm 23 years old. Yoga has opened a great door to self-knowledge and my passion is to share that experience of personal growth with others. My method utilizes yoga as a process of self exploration, through breathing, body awareness, philosophy and yogic techniques that can be incorporated depending on what each one seeks. Perfect! Quería hacer yoga por que quería aprender a relajarme y había escuchado hablar de sus beneficios. Llevo poquitas clases pero estoy aprendiendo que el yoga es un mundo inmenso super interesante, que sobre todo me ayuda a conocerme a mí misma... Ha sido un cambio para mi vida. Estoy muy agradecida de haber encontrado a Andrea, se nota que lo hace de corazón.
