About Rosmali
My name is Rosmali, and I’m a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, massage therapist, and wellness guide. My journey with yoga began in 2005 and has taken me across the world — from training in Moksha Yoga in Canada, to Yoga Therapy in India, and studies in Shiatsu and Reflexology in Japan. I’ve taught people of all levels, always with care, presence, and respect for each individual’s rhythm. Now living on a peaceful farm in Brazil, I offer online classes in a calm and grounded way — helping you feel at home in your body, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're looking to relieve back pain, start a regular practice, or simply find more balance in daily life, I’m here to support your path — in English, Portuguese, or Japanese.
