About Angelique

A dedicated guide of movement, stillness, and energetic alignment, I bring a deep well of training and intuition to every offering. I hold certifications in Ahimsa Philosophy (YACEP), Trauma-Informed Yoga (YACEP), Yin Yoga (YACEP), Yoga Nidra, Yoga Sculpt, and am a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher. My studies include meditation, pranayama, back bending, myofascial release, and hands-on adjustments, along with chakra studies under Ayurvedic healers. I’ve completed a Yoga Mentorship Program and am currently deepening my knowledge through Pilates Teacher Training. My teaching blends ancient wisdom with somatic intelligence to create an experience that is both grounded and expansive.

Students are lovingly guided through thoughtfully curated practices that blend the physical, energetic, and emotional dimensions of well-being. Drawing from traditions of vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga, as well as Pilates and Yogalates, each session is rooted in intentional movement and mindful breath. Restorative and trauma-informed practices, including Yoga Nidra, meditation, and breathwork, create a safe and supportive space for nervous system regulation and deep release. Roll and Release sessions combine restorative yoga with massage ball myofascial work to unwind held tension and cultivate embodied awareness. Whether you're seeking strength, stillness, emotional grounding, or inner clarity, each offering is designed to meet you where you are and gently guide you back to your center. My class offerings include: • Vinyasa (60 or 90 minute options) • Hatha (60 or 90 minute options) • Yin Yoga • Restorative Yoga • Yogalates (combines elements of both yoga and mat Pilates) • Mat Pilates • Pranayama (breathwork) • Meditation • Guided meditation • Yoga Nidra • Roll and Release (massage ball myofascial work + restorative yoga) Note: All yoga and yogalates classes include breathwork, however you can also book pranayama/breathwork as its own individual guided practice for deeper and more specific work. You generally do not need any special props or equipment, if you do not have the following just let me know and we will work together to find alternatives from everyday objects: • A yoga mat for Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra • A yoga or exercise mat, dumbbells or another weight, and a looped resistance band (goes around thighs) for Yogalates and mat Pilates • Yoga blocks, a throw blanket, and a firm pillow for Restorative, Roll and Release, and Yin yoga • Two Therapy Balls (massage balls) for Roll and Release – must have this or tennis balls for this booking
