About Lea
I have been a yoga teacher for children for about 5 years and a yoga teacher for adults for 2 years. I have been working full-time in different kindergartens for 9 years and now I would like to share my experiences in yoga. I was able to learn so much about myself, my body and life through yoga and I am happy if I can inspire others.

I like to design my yoga classes intuitively and also like to take your impulses with me. Every hour begins with a small meditation, then pranayama (breathing exercises) until it comes to the asanas (postures). And of course every class concludes with Shavasana the final relaxation.
