I have been a part of the pole community since 2011. I am a studio owner and have been teaching private lessons, group classes, and parties for 11 years. I like to see what experience the student may have. See if they have any background in dance, etc. Ask if they have any current/previous health issues. Gather the information I need and create a lesson plan off that information. Safety is a huge concern of mine. I am a strong believer of strength training, calisthenics, and flexibility are major players in improving your pole "game"
