About Iris
I trained for 12 years in acrobatic gymnastics and competed at a high level. I participated in World and European Championships, achieving a silver medal at the World Championship and a bronze at the European Championship. Currently, I am a coach at a competitive acrobatic gymnastics club in Portugal.

I am here to share my experience as a professional athlete, I competed in 3 European Championships and 2 World Championships and 3 World Cups, I’m a medallist in 2 big competitions, 2nd place in the world 2021 and 3rd in the European 2023! STRETCHING GYMNASTICS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING. If you or your child want to pursue any of the disciplines listed above, whether professionally or for health reasons, I will assist you in creating a personalised training plan tailored to your characteristics, physical condition, and goals.
