About Lauren
My name is Lauren, I am 27 and Mummy to my beautiful little girl and cockapoo Oscar. I have been a gymnastics, acrobatics, cheerleading and dance teacher for over 10 years. I attend The Dance World championships each year where I still dance competitively. I have been trained by cirque du soleil contortion instructors, top industry professionals and have developed my own personal resources throughout my years of teaching.

After 10 years of in person coaching and a year of coaching via Zoom, I have mastered teaching gymnastics to all ages and abilities, in the comfort of your own home! I have safe drills and exercises that I can expertly guide you through, as well as teaching parents/partners/friends how to assist with the lesson and make it a fun bonding experience!!
