I am a certified tutor, with an ESL certification, and worked for two colleges in Lee County and a private tutoring company for over 5 years. I believe that every person learns differently, and my teaching style is adaptive to the student in order for them to enjoy learning subjectively. Teaching guitar requires motivational teaching, so being adaptive with a knowledge of understanding how the student both learns and enjoys the subject matter, willingness and the pleasure of teaching can be aligned with learning. Teaching methods of music/guitar should be based off of specific stepping stones that are in tune to each student. Positive reinforcement and having reachable goals are very important.
