His encouraging and practical approach to learning makes classes an enjoyable experience and even when I get things totally wrong, his sense of humour and gentle guidance leaves me feeling positive about my learning journey.
Classes are structured in that they are on time and regular. Content is flexible, reflecting current topics and activities in my life, making them relevant. This an ideal adult learning environment, rather than rote, regurgitation of conjugations.
