About Molly
I earned my B.A. in Music from the University of Massachusetts Boston, graduating with honors. While my academic focus was on Jazz and Classical Guitar, I have extensive experience performing and teaching all styles.
My main priority is making sure you as a student are having FUN and feel comfortable voicing your own goals.
Outside of academics, I enjoy playing rock music & have been a part of bands and working as a touring musician since I was a teenager. I have a passion for songwriting / composing and years of experience recording and producing my own music. I am well versed in DAWs like Logic, Ableton, and Pro Tools.
I especially enjoy working with women and queer students, as well as any students who may feel underrepresented in traditional guitar spaces.

I am passionate about helping students develop an individual relationship with their instrument. As an educator, I aim to provide a strong musical foundation that prioritizes creativity, experimentation, and confidence.
Drawing on my academic background in music theory and technique, I encourage students to help shape the direction of each lesson, whether through individualized instrument study, songwriting, production, or other areas of exploration.
In addition to guitar, I teach piano, drums, bass, ukulele, and voice to beginner through advanced levels. I am especially excited by lessons that integrate songwriting, music production, and or multi-instruments.
