About Sayan
Hello and welcome!
I am a dedicated Guitar Teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, helping students of all ages develop their musical skills and confidence. I teach Classical Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Fingerstyle techniques, Music Theory, Sight Reading, and popular Hindi, Bengali, and English songs.
My teaching method is student-focused and personalized. I believe every student learns differently, so I create lessons based on individual goals, learning speed, and musical interests. Beginners start with proper posture, hand techniques, chords, rhythm, and strumming patterns, while advanced students work on fingerstyle playing, classical repertoire, music reading, performance skills, and exam preparation.
I also specialize in preparing students for Trinity College London graded examinations, guiding them through a structured curriculum that leads to internationally recognized certifications. Alongside exam preparation, I ensure that students enjoy learning by incorporating their favorite songs and practical playing exercises into each lesson.
