About Neelanj
I come from a background of science with a Master’s in Physics, and alongside that I have been deeply involved in meditation and mindfulness practice for over 4 years under guidance. My journey started from personal curiosity and gradually became a meaningful part of my daily life.
Through consistent practice, I have experienced how simple awareness, breathing and inner stillness can bring clarity, emotional balance and peace. This is what inspired me to share these practices with others in a practical and approachable way.
My aim is to guide people in a simple, grounded manner so they can experience real change in their thoughts, emotions and overall well-being.

I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness consistently for over 4 years under guidance, and I focus on simple, effective techniques that bring real mental and emotional clarity.
My approach includes breath awareness, stillness practices, thought observation, and guided relaxation methods that help calm the mind naturally. I also use gentle chakra-based awareness, visualization techniques and heart-centered practices for emotional healing, letting go and inner balance.
In our sessions, I will guide you step by step based on your current state — whether you are dealing with anxiety, overthinking, emotional stress or simply want more clarity and peace. We may use techniques like mindful breathing, guided imagery, or awareness practices that you can easily apply in daily life.
My goal is to help you experience a quieter mind, better emotional control and a deeper sense of inner peace over time, in a simple and practical way.
