About Lucy
I am an experienced and enthusiastic Guitar tutor with 8 years of teaching and professional practice. I work with students from school to college level and help them build strong musical foundations.
Music education is about more than just technique; it builds confidence and character. Over the 8 years, I have guided many students from their first lesson to confident stage performances. Their growth has been a proud milestone in my career.
I focus on building strong basics, including chords, rhythm control, scales, and expressive playing. I make learning simple and enjoyable while maintaining discipline.
My aim is to help students believe in their abilities, stay consistent in practice, and develop a lifelong passion for music.

My Guitar teaching style balances technical development and artistic expression using Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I motivate students by connecting lessons to their musical interests while ensuring they build strong technical foundations. Communication is friendly, respectful, and clear.
I demonstrate each lesson carefully and provide detailed corrections to improve timing, clarity, and coordination. Integrity means I teach with dedication and responsibility, focusing on posture, finger accuracy, rhythm discipline, and consistent practice routines. I encourage students to take ownership of their progress and develop self-confidence. Creativity is an essential part of my classes. I include improvisation exercises, creative strumming variations, and simple composition tasks to help students express themselves musically.
In addition to Guitar, I teach rhythm training, music appreciation, and performance confidence skills to enhance overall musical growth.
