About Carolina
I am a Portuguese graduate student taking a Master’s degree in Creative Writing and Publishing at City, University of London. I have a BA in Languages, Literature and Culture, with a Major in English Studies and a Minor in Linguistics. I have a passion for fiction and writing is my everyday escape route. I have been a tutor for over 2 months and enjoy helping people develop their capacities across different subjects. I am flexible with schedules and very outgoing. I live in central London and don’t mind travelling to meet up with students. I moved to the UK last September, which was a dream of a life time. I believe in people and in their ability to achieve anything if they focus and work hard enough. I have also worked as an editorial Assistant for Amber Books Ltd, a London based publisher, where I was responsible for setting up their website, inputting over a thousand titles with respective covers, ISBNs, descriptions and spreads. I was also in charge of eBook proofreading and gathering files for meetings with different clients.
