About Vasiliki
Hello, my name is Vasiliki and I am a Greek language teacher. I have completed my undergraduate studies in Primary Education in the Department of Educational Sciences at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and I am also holding the QTS. I completed my Master's Degree in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities at the University of Birmingham.
I have teaching experience both in Greece and in UK. I have worked in greek mainstream primary schools and I have taught students aged 6-12 years old.
Since September, I am working in greek schools placed in UK where I am teaching the greek language as a second foreign language. I have also worked with students with learning difficulties (e.g autism, ADHD, dyslexia).

I plan and deliver lessons based on each pupil's needs, preferences, and interests. Before starting the lessons we can discuss, identify and set out the objectives and the potential positive outcomes. So, based on the different objectives for every pupil I individualize and personalize every lesson.
I use a variety of tools (e.g books, worksheets, ICT, audiovisual resources) because I am trying to make the lessons interesting, incorporate the element of fun and keep my pupil motivated.
