About Chitrangada
I had been a patient of depression and OCD. For me mindfulness, meditation and yoga worked. I would like to teach the same to others. I will be teaching every thing from the scratch and also I will share all other things which were of help to me.

I have the knowledge of psychology as well as in literature I read about philosophy. With Yoga and mindfulness, we can together share our problems. I'll make sure that my knowledge helps people and we get a therapeutic atmosphere. A calm mind is extremely necessary for our success, our career and every thing else including our relationships in the world.
