About Rodrigo
I am currently a trainee in the Vocational Youth Association and I give English classes periodically as a substitute teacher in basic level classes. I followed and was responsible for children from 7 to 11 years old and was a handicraft monitor for children and young people aged 7 to 16 at a summer camp in North Carolina, United States for 3 months in 2017. In addition, I taught Literacy classes and Literacy for children of 7 and 8 years of the 3rd year of Elementary School - Literacy Cycle for 9 months in 2016.

I am graduating from the Pedagogy course at UFMG and I give classes of school reinforcement to students from the Literacy Cycle to High School. Because I believe that the subjects should come before the contents, I follow the theory that student and teacher are at the center of the teaching-learning process and, in this way, in my classes, through interaction, I seek to listen, question and reflect on the meaning of the content (s) taught so that the student can fix it more easily and in a quiet way. In addition, I make use of mental maps and scientific investigations to aid in the fixing of the contents.
