About TYLER
I graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a B.S. in engineering. I was taught how to think like an engineer, and given the fundamental principles for how the world works. I've taken high level college courses in all science and math disciplines and have a great understanding of how it all works. Recently I've taken a break from engineering to pursue teaching. I've been substitute teaching at all levels for 2 years, with a focus on math and science. I can teach arithmetic, trigonometry, geometry, algebra, calculus, physics, chemistry and more!

Tyler is a great tutor! He can easily break down difficult concepts into digestible terms. This is important because everyone learns differently and he can adapt his teaching style to meet different needs. He is very patient and makes learning fun, safe, and easy. You will never feel stupid in his presence... only inspired to dive deeper and keep learning! Tyler is reliable, intelligent, and friendly. I would highly recommend him as a tutor as he has helped me tremendously in so many subjects thus far!
Tyler has an extensive knowledge in math having gone to a very technical college (Harvey Mudd College). He is incredibly patient with both children and adults and would be a great teacher. He has been doing substitute teaching and I understand that the kids love him!!
