About Jasmine
I am Canadian/American, grew up in France where I completed the International Baccalaureate with full marks and have just graduated university at King's College London with a first in Liberal Arts, Politics and Economics. I am a native English speaker but can also speak French very well so I can tutor in both languages if preferable!
I received a 7/7 in Higher Level English Language and Literature, 7/7 in Higher Level Theatre, 7/7 in Math Studies and 7/7 in Environmental Systems and Societies and therefore am very knowledgable of the International Baccalaureate system, and specifically how to learn and engage with the material in the unique manner that the IB stipulates.

I first believe that the brain learns best when in a comfortable, positive and open environment. Therefore I try to make my students feel very at ease to speak their mind when issues arise and to never feel nervous to engage with the material even when unsure at first. This is my first priority.
From here, I try to keep the overarching reason for learning the material, or even the subject, in mind so that the student can always see how the different moving parts of the subject matter fit together, therefore creating a comprehensive image that allows the student to develop full mastery and flexibility over the topic.
