About Alberto
Hello, welcome!!!
I am Alberto and I am an athlete and university student at UFV (CAFyD
), with more than six years of athletics experience and one in soccer.
I have been a gym and toning instructor at the Las Olivas Sports Center in Aranjuez, and an athletics coach at the IES Alpaés (Aranjuez). I have worked with students of different ages (12 and 30 years old).
The training sessions that I dedicated to them are extracted from my sports experiences, information taken from the studies of the degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and from some other sports that I have practiced.

My method of understanding is based mainly on what the student wants to practice or improve. The physical condition of said student is also important, since different activities can be prepared based on this. Thus little by little the difficulty will grow according to the sensations and states of the student.
