About Maria Jose
I am a cheerful, empathetic and fun person. The experiences in my life have led me to be flexible in thought and heart, to adapt to discomfort and find pleasure in the challenges that life puts in front of me. I really like building important relationships that offer possibilities to grow and transform who we are, forming ties that help us expand our being.
My undergraduate degree in Neuroscience has made me wonder a lot about the nature of our brain, and the many tools we can develop to learn and take care of the world. During my years of teaching, I have discovered that learning requires intention and purpose. It is not just memorizing and reciting, it is appropriating what we are and what we can do with the knowledge we acquire.

Perfect! Excelente profesora, si buscas alguien con quien realmente poder aprender ella es la indicada, habla como si fuera nativa, y explica de maneras muy creativas.
Gracias a ella pude realizar un viaje que había estado planeando hace tiempo con mi familia sin miedo a hablar, y también he podido mejorar muchísimo en mi trabajo el cual es virtual para una empresa en estados unidos.
Siempre esta buscando la manera de hacer amenas las clases y es increiblemente puntual, lo cual es una cualidad excelente en un profesor.
Tiene excelente metodología de enseñanza para todos los niveles y una paciencia de oro.
Si quieres aprender ingles ella es tu mejor opción.

Definitely I like the Maria Jose's american accent. I feel I have improved a lot with her class. The grammar, vocabulary, listening and reading together with my desire to learn has raised again with MJ.
