About Agustin
Hi there! With almost nine years of experience in the Department of Education (DepEd), I am a licensed professional teacher committed to assisting students in realizing their full potential through meaningful and stimulating learning opportunities. I worked in the BPO sector before joining DepEd, where I honed my interpersonal and communication skills. Later, I became a teacher at Silliman University Elementary School, which further fueled my love of teaching.
I am an expert in dance, physical education, volleyball coaching, and student performance development, with a focus on MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health). Every learner has different strengths, and as a coach and educator, I want to foster an environment that is interactive, encouraging, and supportive so that students feel comfortable asking questions, learning, and developing.
My approach to teaching blends creativity, structure, and patience. To make learning fun and efficient, I break down difficult ideas, modify lessons to fit each student's learning style, and employ real-world examples. I'm dedicated to supporting your success at every stage, whether you're honing your abilities, gaining confidence in a subject, or getting ready for school exams.

As a tutor, I take a learner-centered, interesting, and useful approach. Since I think every student learns differently, I modify my teaching methods to fit the needs, speed, and learning preferences of each individual student. To make lessons interesting and fun, I employ interactive exercises, guided practice, demonstrations, and concise explanations. In order to help students gain confidence and remember what they have learned, I also promote critical thinking, creativity, and active engagement.
Before introducing new ideas through discussions, examples, and practical exercises, a typical lesson starts with a review of prior knowledge. Before completing independent assignments to gauge comprehension, students are given the chance to practice the skill under supervision. Feedback, introspection, and suggestions for improvement are included at the conclusion of each class.
My vast background as a dance instructor, volleyball coach, and public school teacher makes me unique. These positions have improved my capacity to inspire students, communicate clearly, and establish a welcoming and encouraging learning environment. Every lesson should be interactive, well-structured, and applicable to everyday life.
Students in elementary, junior high, and senior high school, especially those studying MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health), physical education, dance, fitness, and sports-related subjects, will benefit greatly from my lessons. Additionally, I offer advice to students who require performance coaching, skill development, or academic support.
