About Diana
My name is Diana, and I bring a diverse background in customer service, technical support, and communication. I was a Technical Customer Support Advisor at Marshmallow, where I learned to handle complex customer issues with flexibility and clear communication. I have a First-Class Honours degree in Computer Science from Goldsmiths, University of London, and hands-on experience in IT support from my time as a service-desk assistant. I’ve also taken on leadership and mentoring roles, including as a Student Ambassador and Team Up Mentor. In addition to my professional experience, I’m fluent in Bengali and enjoy cultural activities like Bharatanatyam dance and karate. I’m passionate about solving problems, working with people, children, and continuously learning new skills.

As a maths mentor and teaching assistant, I typically work with small groups or individual students who need extra support. In one class, I helped Year 11 students struggling with algebra and fractions. I used step-by-step explanations, visual aids, and real-life examples to simplify complex concepts. My focus is always on building confidence through guided questions and active participation.
