About Alyssa
I am currently a 21 year old student in a Master of Translation at the Sorbonne-Nouvelle and I also obtained a bachelor's degree in English.
I am very interested in the idea of sharing my knowledge in the language and the culture of English-speaking countries to help you to communicate with the world. Indeed, English is a language that brings people together! It can make it easier for you to interact in foreign countries, when traveling, for example. So, this language makes possible to meet a lot of interesting people, to expand your culture and even to get some professional opportunities. It is also the language of Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes and many other heroes of literature! These heroes gave me the motivation to learn English and I hope to be able to share this motivation with you as well.

My teaching method will be focused on listening, and on the needs of the learner. I will find out what the student needs in order to improve himself/herself in English before explaining or re-explaining certain points that may not have been understood. Then, I will put these explanations into practice through exercises.
I am a calm and patient person in all circumstances, which makes me a good teacher.
My lessons are aimed at all types of people, of all levels, who want to learn more about the English language and culture.
