So first of all thanks and also very good that you showed up to seek help in your education.
I am teaching from 3+ years and taught more than 50 students.My lesson plan stands different as i not only focus on covering syllabus from my end i also help student make his or her plan in how to revise and a proper schedule is been shared to them regarding all the practice tests, mock tests and lesson to be studied in every class.
As a tutor i find myself teaching with student mind oriented methods like making the class engaging by activities and connecting with students in understanding every problem they face as a companion rather than a teacher.
But ths doesn't mean i don't involve parents i do have meetings schduled with parents every month to talk about the progress of the child.
