About Tania
I am a current master student in "Intercultural Communication, Translation and Interpretation" and a lover of languages. I decided to specialize myself by doing a degree in English Studies (Philology) but I never stopped studying other languages during this way: I combined studies of French and Italian in my university time. In the third year, I decided to do an Erasmus in Germany and there I began to live from scratch with a language with which I had never had contact, which meant a challenge and a use of all the languages that I mastered continuously. Being a language student in various institutions (Language Service of Universities, EOI, Sachsen Kolleg Leipzig ...) I have been able to experience different teaching methods as well as teachers, creating a way of working that adapts to me, but also to others . The tactics that I use daily in learning, I try to apply them with my students and above all I understand that each person is a world in this field.

My methodology is based mainly on the learning you want to achieve from that language, because, although you would like to learn a language not based on "why I want to learn" or "applying specific boundaries" it is often impossible. My principles are based on adapting myself to the students; each person and group has a different rhythm, basis, motivation as well as strengths and weaknesses and in my opinion that is where the teacher should do more emphasis and work with you conscientiously (if for example, your pronunciation is the problem but in vocabulary you are very good, why not try to enhance both skills but especially the first one?).
I have experience in;
-Groups with learning difficulties (in high schools).
-With children under 5 to 13 years of age in bilingual classes (Summer Campus - Language Service of La Laguna University)
-Advanced aged people who do not want to lose their language and practice different skills.
-Students of different degrees who needed help in English (adapted to each career).
-Professor of Spanish in the Language Service of the Universität de Leipzig, in Germany (the working languages included German and English and an adaptation of myself to different methods and country students).
-Students at a distance; via video call/Skype.
- People who want to improve their English for work, in a specific field (for example, in IT issues with IBM workers).
