I usually use methods that are used in large well-known academies and from teachers who have taught me, although I usually personalize the sessions a bit depending on the number of students and their needs. I like to let each student learn in due time so that they don't choke on knowledge and I have a lot of patience but I don't tolerate laziness and vagueness...
