About Suzette
I am a former classroom teacher at a private, Christian school. When my children were born I became a stay-at-home man and began homeschooling them using a classically based curriculum. My daughter is currently a senior in high school and my son is a freshman. I have actively taught in our homeschool co-op the Essentials of the English Language and the Institute for Excellence in Writing courses. I also teach ESL lessons to children in China through the VIPKID teaching platform. Teaching English is my 2nd love after my family.

I enjoy helping students master the English language and using it to express themselves through creative and persuasive writing. I also believe that classic literature can help students think critically about the world around them and can help them shape their worldview.
