About Aaliyah
Aaliyah is a Producer who graduated from the Production Management course at the National Film and Television School, where she was also awarded a BBC Scholarship. She then went on to have a career in Sports Production for the Premier League alongside working as a Production Manager in Short Film, before making the transition into Producing. Her previous projects have won RTS awards and she was part of BFI South East’s Emerging Producers 2023 cohort. Her most recent work has been Line Producing a Short Film for BBC Film. Last year, Aaliyah completed a mentorship programme with Creative Mentor Network, where she was mentored by a Bafta Award-winning screenwriter to write a script and she is also a member of BAFTA Connect. With an experienced background in production logistics and management, Aaliyah is now Producing films that explore ideas of the new age of diverse British Identity in storytelling. Aaliyah also went through a Media A-level, a Media degree and a post-graduate diploma in this field so she can definitely relate to your learning!

If you have a project you need support with, I can help - whether that is a short film, music video, audio or concept piece! I can tailor sessions by helping you create a production timeline/schedule and support you throughout pre-production, production and post-production. I have plenty of resources to help with structuring the production of your project, including industry-standard templates from my career. Teaching Sessions are about 45 mins-1hr, with check-in progress sessions at 30 mins. Check-in sessions are recommended at least on a weekly basis. I have a First-Class degree in Media Production and also have a post-graduate diploma in Production Management in Film and TV.
