About Lauren
I have been in education for most of my life. I come from a legacy of teachers, going back to my three-times-great-grandmother. I have been teaching 6th grade for 3 years, so middle ages are where I have the most experience.
That being said, I now find myself teaching high school, so I also have experience with the older kiddos as well!

I frame complex topics in language that is easily understood by my students. I focus on understanding and have even taught the Civil War as a breakup text message over Instagram! That being said, I can also frame any lesson in a way that is comfortable to you (I've done slide shows, I've done song analysis, anything you want!).
