About Angelique

I’m passionate about helping students succeed, and I believe every learner has something unique to offer.

My goal is to create a supportive, friendly, and safe space where you feel comfortable and confident—but also where we’re focused on getting the work done and helping you achieve your goals. Whether it’s tackling tricky essay topics, improving grades, or building confidence in reading and writing, I’m here to guide you with patience, understanding, and a positive attitude. Outside of tutoring, I am a competitive dancer, boarding school supervisor and studying just like you! Let's work together to make sure you reach your full potential.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach is student-centered and friendly, ensuring that each student feels supported and confident in their learning journey. I encourage students to ask questions and provide alternative explanations when needed, guiding them through processes step-by-step. This allows for a deeper understanding of the material.

I offer online tutoring sessions, typically lasting between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and the topic at hand.

I bring a strong academic background, especially in essay writing and breaking down content. I am proficient in helping primary school students (Grades 4-6) with conversational practice, reading, writing, and comprehension skills, and I offer guidance for Year 10 and IB students in essay writing, analysis, and general assistance (e.g., time management strategies, revision plans, and providing detailed proofreading).

My lessons are designed to support students in a variety of educational contexts, whether they need help with schoolwork or preparing for assessments!
