About Elen
Born and raised in North Wales, Welsh mezzo-soprano Elen Wyn obtained her operatic training at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and was generously given 5 scholarships to support her studies. She is the recipient of the Eric Morris memorial prize, she won the mezzo-soprano category at the National Eisteddfod in 2024, and reached the final of the prestigious Osbourne Roberts prize. Elen will also be performing the role of Arnalta, and covering the role of Orlofsky at Berlin Opera Academy this summer.

During the consultation lesson, Elen will introduce various vocal exercises and fun songs to gain an understanding of the student's current vocal abilities. Following this, Elen will use an approach tailored to the student's needs to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome. Elen teaches students of all ages, and encourages children to have a 30 min lesson and adults to have a 1 hour lesson. Lessons can be provided online or face to face, to students at any vocal stage - from beginner to advanced. Singing lessons by Elen primarily focus on pitch, song learning, performance, exams and competitions. Please see her website for more information (concealed information)
