About Jamal
Originally from Dallas, I traded Texan plains for Austin vibes after graduating from Texas State University with a degree in journalism. Words are my playground, and you'll often find me crafting my own stories in the form of blog posts when I'm not busy with my day job.
Family takes top billing on my list of priorities, and nothing beats a Sunday Funday spent laughing and making memories with the crew. But when it comes to exploring the city, I'm your man! Austin might be my adopted home, but I'm still on a mission to conquer every delicious corner of this foodie paradise.
