About Tonya
My Name is Tonya. I am from a small island in the Atlantic Ocean. Living in the UK has opened up my world so much. I chose to teach online and reach more people because my love of making others feel good about themselves and relax was so rewarding. Teaching others my techniques has allowed me to live the life I’ve always wanted and be at home with my kids. To do that for others and help them learn a way of living is awesome.
